500 people. 5 minutes. 1 idea.

Share an idea!

The 2018 Symposium for Teaching and Learning with Technology's Open Innovation Challenge is offering a high-profile speaking opportunity to present new innovative ideas about anything that enhances teaching and learning in higher education. Anything? Yes, anything! So let’s get serious. Find your lucky socks. Put your game face on. Get the band back together. Defer your judgment. Step outside your comfort zone and [insert your favorite motivational cliché here]. Bring your best to the challenge!

Select innovators will be given an opportunity to showcase their ideas in a set of fast-paced 5 minute presentations during a general session for the Symposium for Teaching and Learning with Technology's 500 attendees. The audience will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite ideas. With 500 people, someone is sure to like your idea!

After the symposium, the winning idea will be surrounded by a team of experts who specialize in crazy ideas to explore and develop your idea further. Check out a teaser video highlighting last year's winner! Register for the 2019 Symposium for Teaching and Learning with Technology to learn more about this great project!
